Unlimited Monthly Plan Terms & Conditions

With your Unlimited Monthly Plan, you will enjoy Unlimited classes for a 30 day cycle beginning the day of your purchase. This Plan is good for any regularly scheduled class: Silks, Lyra, Trapeze & Flexibility. (Intro courses and kids classes are not applicable)

Renewal & Plan Cancellation:
This plan will automatically renew every 30 days. If you wish to cancel, simply email us at info@AerialCLT.com with your name and reason for canceling and we will cancel any future payments. There are no minimum months of purchase. Cancellation request must be made 7 days prior to billing date. Once your account has been charged, no refunds can be issued. Account credit may be issued in some cases. Once a visit has been made after a payment or billing cycle has begun, no refund or account credit can be issued.

Holds:
You may place a hold on your Unlimited Monthly Plan at anytime. The hold must be for a minimum of two weeks. So, if you are holding off on purchasing an Unlimited Monthly Plan because you have a big trip scheduled next month, have no fear! We will place the hold for you so you do not waste 2 weeks of payment. To place a hold, simply email us at info@AerialCLT.com with your name and dates you wish to put your plan on hold.

Class Cancellations & No Shows:
The 24 hour cancellation policy will be enforced for every student, including Unlimited Monthly Plan holders: 24 hour notice is required for a free of charge cancellation otherwise a punch or $15 cancellation fee will be deducted. If you cancel within the 24 hour cancellation window, your credit card will be charged $15. If your card is declined, your plan will be reduced by 3 days.

Failed Payments
If a card is declined on your billing date, you will be notified by us. You will then have 3 days to respond to the email with an updated card on your account. If you do not respond within 3 days of our correspondence, your plan will be cancelled. You may not be eligible for Unlimited Monthly or other reoccurring plans in the future.


Studio Closures
AerialCLT holds 2 weeks a year as well as a few other holidays when the studio is closed so that our staff has adequate vacation time. The weeks are July 1-7 and December 24 - January 1 as well as Thanksgiving and Black Friday. It is optional during these weeks for instructors to teach. There may be classes remaining on the schedule and some instructors may offer private lessons during these times. Unlimited passes will not be prorated to account for the down weeks. Billing cycles will remain the same.
